Meet Carly!

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Carly started performing at the age of eight when she was cast as 'Small Alice' in her jewish day camp's production of Alice in Wonderland Jr. She was not immune to the "Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah" energy and has been performing ever since. To this day, she strives to bring that same eight year old unbridled joy into the room, often getting asked if she smiles in her sleep.

Since the sixth grade, Carly has studied in a formal  acting program. She was a member of the conservatory acting program at the Baltimore School for the Arts, where she was named Valedictorian of her graduating class and was awarded the Primula Cooper Theatre Award. She developed a deep passion for the craft of acting and is drawn to richly complex stories, focusing on nuanced and intellectual character work.

Carly is what you might call a 'legal 18'. She is a college graduate, but often gets confused for a middle schooler - fending off lots of astonished stares when people see her drive a car.

Carly is a huge TV buff and the biggest Gilmore Girls fan; she is always happy to discuss why Team Jess is the only correct answer. She also loves to rock climb, zipline, and can even build you a shelter out of bamboo (All skills she also learned at jewish day camp).

Recent Review!

"Carly steps onto the Axelrod stage as Bielke, bringing a youthful spirit and remarkable talent...

[She] captures the delicate balance between honoring tradition and forging a new path, reflecting both the struggles and the joys of the daughters’ journeys."
